Love the microwave, only issuesLove it but the lights rattle when the door is closed.The clock is too brightIf you take food out before time has elapsed the timer does not reset ever, it should reset after 5 or 10 min. So if I open the door and take out the food with 5 seconds left then close the door, the 5 seconds stay on the screen until I cancel. Every other microwave resets after time.

Basic microwave, nothing special. One has to be standing away from the microwave when opening the door as the large door with a pointed bottom right corner swings open and was catching me in the chest before I learned to stand back. Finger prints on the door opening side and button are constant. I would shop around more before this one needs replacement

I had the Frigidaire Professional Microwave and I had nothing but problems from day one and it™™s only 4 years old. It quit on me one day and I decided to try this microwave. So far so good. I™™m praying I get at least 5 years out of this one since I paid over $700 for the professional model.

Very pleased with it. Nice to have an option that is about an inch less tall and deep than most other microwaves. The only thing I'd change is to allow us to set the clock brightness. It's far too bright so we just turn it off.

This Over-the-Range Microwave is purchased 5 month ago. The bottom edge plastic stripof the door is disintegrating and melting from the heat of the stove below this OVER THE RANGE MICROWAVE. This showcases a faulty developed product, unsuitable for this use. The ™Gallery Series™ face is stainless steel for cosmetic looks, whereas the bottom edges is only non-heat-resitant plastic, unsuitable performing its purpose. More importantly, as touchscreen with integrated electronic and wiring exposed this becomes hazardous!This company is refusing to acknowledge this failure as a warranty case, claiming this is a cosmetic reason! NEVER AGAIN A FRIGIDAIRE!

We like the microwave. It is so quiet. But we accidentally put it in ™demo™ mode and thought the unit was defective. Thanks to YouTube we got it out of demo mode. We don™™t think that should be on every microwave you manufacture....just the demo models for the stores.

I previously owned a GE microwave and after 20 years needed to replace. I bought this model and after 4 months ALL my dishes are cracking and I have to throw them out!!! What's up with that??? I can't even heat up a cup of water and put my mouth on the rim without getting burned!!!! Wish I could return this piece of junk!!!!

On the sensor settings, the microwave heats too fast and too high. For instance when programming to melt one cube of butter, the butter exploded. To heat a dinner plate by sensor, the food was o recooked and too hot to eat. The best way to heat is by heating for less time and lower power and gradually heating the item. I expected more from this expensive microwave. It is easy to clean, which is the best thing I can say about it.

We have had this microwave for about a month now and are enjoying it! It functions well and as expected. Of course, the door is a bit larger than standard microwaves with handles. We knew that would be the case. The only time we notice that is when our kids push chairs up to the microwave and try to use it themselves, they kind of have to duck under the door when they open it. But as an adult using it, it really isn't an issue. The door does not get as dirty and full of fingerprints as I was thinking it would. I clean it with windex sometimes and it stays clean looking for quite a while. The microwave fan and light functions work really well. The light has multiple brightness settings, but is really nice and bright! Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

Nice Unit but Exhaust Fan is Much Too Loud

In the past with our exhaust hood, we almost always used the exhaust fan when cooking on the stove top below. Unfortunately, the exhaust fan in this microwave is much too loud for our liking, so we feel forced to limit using the exhaust fan when cooking on the stove top. The noise-level of the fan gives the impression of low quality manufacturing or components used.

I was very surprised to learn that this microwave had two loudness settings. When using the lower setting you can bearly hear it running. It is extremely large inside. But the best part is the face of the appliance. It is totally flat. No handle, no buttons sticking out. So awesome. Love this. Really improves the look of the kitchen.

Love the design of this new model. My previous microwaves have all been Frigidaire and this updated version is by far my favorite. I like that it has no handle in the front, makes it look futuristic and it fits well in my kitchen. It's bigger, lights are brighter and has updated settings that makes reheating easier. It's very powerful and takes less time to heat and defrost foods.

After all the time required to get the original replaced under warranty (after 6 weeks of use), it seems to be working fine. But the filter panels just randomly fall out . . . not a huge problem, but certainly startling. Surprised they don't snap in or something.
