Can't be repaired, poor customer service for replacement.

I bought my product two months ago from Home Depot in Williston, VT. After receiving the refrigerator noticed the alarm would occasionally sound. This became an event that occurred more frequently and by month two, it began to go off daily. I reached out to the company and got an authorized service provider service appointment scheduled. After looking at the issue, the service tech notified me it could not be fixed. It appeared the cabinets were "bowed out" and the seal would not line up with metal on the freezer, thus making sealing impossible. When he called to tell them that, he was asked to provide photos and this was something he did not do (older gentleman, said he doesn't do cell phone pictures). There was actually a verbal argument on the phone over this and when I asked to speak to the company, they hung up. I was later notified that technical service was not "allowed to talk directly to customers". This caused me to have to follow-up. This was difficult because the customer service number is unable to take phone calls, so I had to use the live chat. I was informed then I would need to send pictures to an email address and I would be contacted in 4-5 business days. When I requested contact info for a supervisor, I was given the general 1800number, as well as the email form. I was told there was no way to contact a direct supervisor. I am hoping this issue will be resolved and I can update this review, but at this time, I would never recommend purchasing a Frigidaire appliance. I have had luck with products in the past, but it seems when there is an issue, the customer service experience is dismal and problems are not handled quickly or to a level of satisfaction.
